Terms and Conditions for Jeetplay

Introduction:

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) constitute a binding legal agreement between Jeetplay, hereinafter referred to as “The Company,” and you, the user, hereinafter referred to as “The Player.” By accessing or using the website located at jeet-play-india.net (“Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you must not use the Site.

1. Scope of Agreement:

1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age for participation in gambling activities in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must reside in a territory where online gambling is not prohibited. Jeetplay does not provide services to players located in restricted territories.

2. Your Account:

2.1. Registration:

  • You must provide accurate registration information, including but not limited to your real name, address, valid email address, and mobile number as per your Aadhaar Card or PAN Card.
  • Failure to provide accurate information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

2.2. One Account Rule:

  • You may register only one account per individual/IP address/household. Multiple accounts may lead to the suspension or termination of all related accounts.

2.3. Account Security:

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
  • Do not disclose your password to any third party. Jeetplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
  • If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must immediately notify The Company.

3. Verification (KYC):

3.1. Mandatory KYC:

  • Jeetplay requires mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to combat fraud and comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations before any withdrawals are processed.

3.2. Required Documents:

  • You must provide a valid Identity Proof such as an Aadhaar Card or PAN Card and Address Proof such as a recent utility bill or bank statement.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals:

4.1. Deposits:

  • The minimum deposit amount is specified on the payment page of your account.
  • You may deposit funds using UPI, NetBanking, and other methods available on the Site. Deposited funds must originate from a financial instrument in your name.

4.2. Withdrawals:

  • Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times and verification procedures.
  • Withdrawals must be in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to limits as specified on the Site.
  • Additional verification may be required before processing a withdrawal.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms:

5.1. General Rules:

  • All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements and may have specific terms attached which will be communicated to you before participation.
  • Bonuses may have expiry dates and maximum bet limits as described in promotional material.
  • Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to, participating in promotional offers with the intent to exploit or circumvent terms, may lead to account suspension.

6. Prohibited Activities:

6.1. Forbidden Actions:

  • Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) to access the site from restricted territories.
  • Participating in collusive or fraudulent activities while using the site.
  • Employing software assistance or any type of bots.
  • Engaging in any form of fraudulent behavior, including chargebacks.

7. Account Closure & Suspension:

  • The Company reserves the right to close or suspend your account under circumstances including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, breach of these T&Cs, or illegal activities.

8. Responsible Gaming:

  • The Company is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player safety. We provide tools such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out periods to manage your gaming activity responsibly.

9. Limitation of Liability:

  • The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use arising from your use of the Site.

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution:

11. Governing Law:

12. Amendments:
